I have seen this Nebulous formation come into being when I travelled from my home world to Planet Earth. My Digital Host, David, and I have seen some others either forming or already in place. These Nebula clouds for a Circle with a hole in the center. We wonder if it is The Creator or perhaps his Celestial servants. Or are some of these the Dark Matter forces that are watching.
